Colorado Air and Space Port has a Project/Hangar Development Application on our website. After the application is reviewed, next steps will be discussed with all applicable Adams County Departments and Applicant.       
 

Yes, we have a wait list. It is updated weekly, and each applicant is contacted in the order in which they applied as hangars become available. To join the wait list a onetime non-refundable application fee of $75.00 is required.       
 

Fill out a T-hangar application and return it to admin. Then call with a credit card for the non-refundable deposit, or send a check to Colorado Air and Space Port.       
 

We have two T-Hangar sizes:       
LARGE: 53’X44’ monthly rate (2023) $694.00, 3% increase is assessed annually *       
SMALL: 40’X32’ monthly rate (2023) $177.00, 3% increase is assessed annually*

Yes, we work with Enterprise Rental Car. Call ahead for available rentals, as availability is limited.

Yes, our staff is happy to shuttle you to DIA for a connecting flight. Please call the FBO and make reservations. 

You can make reservations directly on the Colorado Air and Space Port website under resources. You can also make reservations through Flightbridge.       
 

Colorado Air and Space Port (CFO) FBO is open every day from 0700-1700. We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas but will have personnel on call for a minimal fee.       

It is not open. However, Colorado Air and Space Port offers a porta-potty by the self-serve pump for after hours use.
