Colorado Air and Space Port (CASP) now has several office spaces ready for lease in Building N at 5150 Front Range Parkway, just south of the terminal building.
CASP is a broad-based, statewide economic development initiative that will sustain and accelerate Colorado’s world-class aerospace industry.
With 3,349 acres of land in Adams County east of Denver International Airport, CASP houses one of the largest general-aviation airports in the United States and is surrounded by 7,000 additional acres of non-residential, master-planned industrial complexes with access to interstate and rail infrastructure. CASP also is accessible to a highly skilled aerospace workforce, research universities, major aerospace and defense companies, and the rest of the Denver metro area as an ideal location.
