Using a Check or Money Order
Please do not send cash! Remember to provide your Family Support Registry (FSR) account number on your check or money order when making a payment. This allows for fast and correct processing of your payment. If you do no have your FSR account number, please provide the following information to identify your account:
- Your legal docket number / court case number
- Your name (including your full first and last name and your middle initial)
- Your social security number

Payments are usually processed within two business days of receipt. Please allow two to three business days for mail delivery.
Other Payment Options
- Pay by phone - The FSR offers the following payout options to receive a child support payment:
- Direct Deposit: Allows the Family Support Registry to directly deposit a payment into a bank account.
- Mail: Allows the FSR to mail a check to your home.
- Rella-Card: RellaCard is a Visa card where child-support payments will be loaded automatically. Use it in any place Visa is accepted, including restaurants and gas stations or at any one of the 800,000 ATMs worldwide.
- Recurring automatic withdrawal - This option allows a noncustodial parent to preauthorize the FSR to withdraw the child support payment directly from a bank account. The withdrawal is made according to the desired frequency.
