Application Process

Applications for the Fall 2025 grant cycle open June 30, 2025. Applications are due Friday, Aug. 29, by 4:30 p.m. Links to the passive, active, and mini grant applications are below. If you have never applied for an Adams County Open Space grant, please contact Rae-Anne Reichow at 303.637.8102 to discuss the grant process and your proposed project.

Mini Grant Application - The Mini Grant Application should be used for projects requesting $25,000 or less.
