The Adams County Tax Lien Sale is an internet tax sale. The 2024 Tax Lien Sale (2023 taxes payable in 2024) will close November 1, 2024. Registration for the 2024 Tax Lien Sale and a list of the properties available will be posted in the Northglenn-Thornton Sentinel and Westminster Window Sept. 23, 2024; Sept. 30, 2024; and Oct. 07, 2024.
