Foreclosure Search
This online search is provided by the Public Trustee's office as a courtesy to assist in your efforts to view and research foreclosure properties in ADAMS COUNTY only.
Twice weekly a report of New Foreclosure Filings is posted to our website.
NOTICE: Some cases with an older number (such as A2007___ or A2005____) may be processed according to more recently-adopted foreclosure laws. This occurs when a Notice of Election and Demand is RE-RECORDED, which most frequently happens after a bankruptcy filing in the case. Carefully examine each individual foreclosure file and check the "Restart" and "Bankruptcy" links in the file to see if an NED has been recorded or re-recorded and, if so, that case may be processed under laws in effect after the case was initially started.
A weekly Pre Sale List is posted on Monday evening usually by 4:30 p.m. The Monday list is tentative and contains ONLY bids received by Monday at noon. A more final Pre Sale List is posted on Tuesday evening usually by 4:30 p.m. The Pre Sale List is subject to change up until 10:00 a.m. on the day of sale.
A Weekly Foreclosure Sold List is posted after 1:00 p.m. on the scheduled sale date. We also post a Continuance List that may be helpful to determine if a sale date has been continued or a foreclosure action has been withdrawn. The Adams County Public Trustee's office makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy or adequacy of these reports. You should conduct your own due diligence.
